Caroline St. Cafe & catering is a breath of fresh air in the downtown area. You’ll be amazed at their extensive list of culinary services. Every other month they host a wine dinner for up to 32 people. These meals consist of 5 courses paired with 5 different wines to bring out the individual flavors in the food. Every fourth Friday they feature “The Chef’s Table”. This is a unique experience that allows 8-10 people a “hands on” cooking class with the Chef himself, by request. After the preparation of an unforgettable 3 course dinner, you’re seated in a private dining room and served your dinner by the Chef. For parties and such, there is “In House” catering and “off premises” catering pick up, done to perfection.
